I Wear the Dog’s Hair, and the Dog Wears My Hair / AKI INOMATA / Ars Electronica

The artist collected the fur of her pet dog (named Cello) and the hair of herself (INOMATA) for several years, produced her clothes from the dog’s fur and the dog’s clothes from her hair, and wore them. This work makes us rethink about the relationship between pet animals and people, and depicts it.
